Harit Pradesh Milk Producer Company has Women Empowerment as one of its central agenda. We believe that women’s participation and recognition as livelihood earner is essential for the development of larger community. The MPC has been trying to empower women by ensuring maximum participation of women dairy farmers as member shareholders and board members in the company. Currently women membership stands at approximately 35% of the Company.
